KL-UV-003 is singel component, high solid content, UV-curable and moisture dual-curing modified polyurethane acrylates adhesive. It can be coated on the surface of PCB board, electronic components, integrated circuits, etc., it can form a dense protective film to protect various electronic components and soldering points.

Usage :
1,Cleaning of the coated surface at the time of use is not necessary. However, adhesion can be improved when contaminants such as dust, salt and oil are removed from the assembled board.
2, Can be applied by hand brushing, mechanical spraying, mechanical dipping and other coating methods.
3, Curing: UV curing typical wavelength 365nm, curing energy 1500~2000mj/c㎡.
If the film is not exposed to UV light, it will take 2-3 days for moisture curing and 120 hours for the film to reach its optimum performance. Uncured adhesive can be removed with appropriate organic solvents such as isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, etc.
Attention:
1, This product is light sensitive. Exposure to various light sources such as daylight, UV light and other artificial light sources should be controlled during storage and handling.
2, Need to clean surface for bonding, avoid the greasy dirt.
3, Avoid eye contact adhesive. If contact, rinse with water immediately, then go to see the doctor.
