KL-17 is a modified hot melt adhesive synthesised from a special resin,can be coated on PET, PVC or PEI,no initial adhesion at room temperature,high

temperature pressure can be very good mutual adhesion of the hot melt adhesive,a wide range of applications,strong adhesion and other advantages.

Usage:

1,Mix:Mix adhesive KL-17 and curing agent KL-003 at the weight ratio:KL-17:KL-003=100:5

2,Apply:Roller coating.Adjust the coating thickness according to the actual situation.

3,This product is 160 ℃-190 ℃ activated adhesion,after bonding can withstand 180 ℃ high temperature,through double 85 experiment.

Remark:It can be properly adjusted by increasing the baking temperature (not more than 150℃) and strengthening the ventilation of the production site to

shorten the surface drying time and practical time to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency.

Storage and Shelf Life

12 months.(To be kept out of the heat and sun at 0 -15℃).
