Products Description:

KL-039-1 is a polymer surface primer.It has excellent adhesion to various plastic substrate surfaces,

and can be directly brushed or sprayed on the substrate surface to promote adhesion of tapes to surfaces such PP,PE,PET,PA,ABS,wood,glass,metal ect.

Physical properties:

Application:

1,The bonding surfaces must be clean and dry.

2,Use a brush,sponge or sprayer to apply evenly to bonding surface.Please not don’t over apply, a thin coating is sufficient.Wait 5-10mins for the KL-039-1 to dry completely.

3,Apply the tape to the treated bonding surfaces.In order to make full contact between tape and the bonding surface,it can be applied with roller or other similar type of tool.

Storage and Shelf Life

Keep the product sealed and stored at 20℃-25℃ away from light and heat for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
